You heard (read?) right! We do offer free payment plans to our customers. Due to the failing economy, we know times are hard. Although we keep our prices much lower than any of our competitors, we make it easier to get you in a great bed, or change the look of any room in your home!
Example - Furniture: If you wanted to purchase the Spaulding Endura Sofa and Loveseat ($889), new furniture requires a 50% deposit, $480.06. Then, your payments are split up at no extra cost to you!

Example - Mattresses: The Queen Chateau Pillowtop Set. Mattress and boxspring set is $749. We take 40% down payment on bedding ($323.57) and split up the payments at no cost to you!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Bounced checks will result in an NSF fee of $30 per check. If a check bounces, the customer has 10 days to present an acceptable payment (including the $30 NSF fee) until $15 per week late fees are charged to the account.
2. Late fees are $15 per week when payment is overdue. At our discretion, we may be able to postpone a payment date for up to two (2) weeks until late fees are added ($15/week).
3. A debit/credit card is necessary to take payment/layaway merchandise off the premises, unless postdated checks for the entire payment schedule are left for us to cash. (No starter checks!) We will NOT cash these checks until the date written on the checks, and NSF fees as well as late fees will be added if the check bounces. We are not responsible for date/amount errors written on postdated checks. If the customer wants to make cash payments, the item(s) must stay on premises until the item(s) are paid in full.
4. If a payment is more that three (3) months late, we reserve the right to either sell the item(s) in the store, or repossess them from your residence. WE DO PROSECUTE, and the customer will be summoned to pay their balance as well as legal fees we incurs in doing so.
5. All funds paid to Pete's Furniture Barn becomes the property of Pete's Furniture Barn, at our discretion, when a balance is unpaid after three (3) months including, but not limited to, deposits and payments if item(s) cannot be paid for or gets repossessed.
6. We reserve the right to call/inquire to friends, family, or customer's work while trying to get ahold of a customer for payment questions or inquiries.
